Chapter 30.3

On the day of the sports event, all students at the school needed to be at the playground first.

Jiang Mier and other sports students had to gather for a separate meeting.

Li Shaozhou bent down to tie his shoes, and in the middle of that, suddenly a boy walking past him intentionally bumped into him.

Li Shaozhou was not ready and sat on the floor with a cry.

The boy said sorry in a relaxed way, “I’m sorry, I was walking so fast that I didn’t see you.”

Jiang Mier, who was watching everything, suddenly sped up and ran towards the troublemaking boy. She bumped into him hard and then snorted at him.

The boy asked angrily, “Jiang Mier, what are you doing?”

Jiang Mier laughed and said, “Sorry, I was running too quickly and didn’t see you.”

The boy believed he was unlucky and cursed, so he left.

Li Shaozhou got up from the ground and walked over to Jiang Mier, saying, “Thank you, Jiang Mier.”

Jiang Mier said, “It’s okay, daddy loves you,” in a relaxed way.

Li Shaozhou: “!!!”

The beginning of the game event.

All the students on the bouquet team were wearing fancy, long dresses and holding pretty flower bouquets. They were lined up neatly while the commentator was speaking.

“They brought flowers to give as gifts at the sports event. They were bursting with energy and liveliness. Let’s make our dreams come true.”

The girls at the front of the group all looked amazing as they walked. They dressed alike, had the same hairstyle, and wore some makeup. They were the same height.

It was difficult to tell who was who from far away.

“Is that Yu Zhiyi, the third person on the left?” Someone recognised Yu Zhiyi.

Liao Zhewen adjusted his glasses and listened to his classmates say, “She is usually quiet, but today wearing a skirt is getting a lot of attention.”

Yu Zhiyi was known as someone who didn’t like to show off in the class. And students didn’t talk about her very often. When someone said “the prettiest girls in the class,” she would definitely be one of them.

Outside the playground, Shi Yi saw a young girl leading the group. He remembered watching her grow up.

The girl he cared about had grown up, became more confident, and stood out in the crowd without fear.

She walked past Class 11 many times, but she never saw that girl before. By chance, she met Yu Zhiyi while she was on the bouquet team.

“We plan to go to the Central District to watch their game later, so you can come with us.” Jiang Yuran asked enthusiastically.

Shi Yi signed up for the 3,000-metre long-distance race. Certainly, Jiang Yuran was aware of the event. “I also want to watch the 3,000-metre race.”

Yu Zhiyi took the water bottle she had prepared for Shi Yi before going.

Jiang Yuran saw her bottle of water but didn’t say anything.

The game hadn’t started yet, but the students on the field were already stretching and getting ready.

They both found a really good place. As soon as Yu Zhiyi went up the stairs, she quickly spotted Shi Yi in the crowd.

She removed her arm from Jiang Yuran’s arms without anyone noticing, then raised her hand and waved at Shi Yi.

When Yu Zhiyi waved her hand, Shi Yi looked in that direction. His eyes were slightly curved, and he had a sunny smile on his face.

The girls in this spot couldn’t stop themselves from cheering, and they all joined in.

“Shi Yi is watching us.”

“Did the school president just smile at me?”

“Sister, wake up; don’t you know for whom he smiled? Because of what you said, he still had to coax her after the game.”

“Bah, bah, bah, where’s your face?”

Those students probably knew about Yu Zhiyi and Shi Yi, so they would joke around without worrying.

In comparison, the relationship between Yu Zhiyi and Jiang Yuran, who had just agreed to date, seemed fake.

Yu Zhiyi’s mouth automatically lifted into a smile when she saw that Shi Yi was smiling at her.

She only paid attention to Shi Yi, and Jiang Yuran felt increasingly weird as she observed her more.
