Saturday night, Shi Yi went out alone again.

Yu Zhiyi stayed in her room, studying and consolidating over and over.

She envied Shi Yi’s memory and thinking ability, but she couldn’t do it, so she could only make up for her clumsiness with diligence.

During her self-determined rest time, she would see if there was any household work to do, such as taking out the trash.

Yu Zhiyi just needed to collect trash in the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. She didn’t go to the Shi couple’s bedroom because she thought it was not suitable; however, she didn’t hesitate to go to Shi Yi’s room because it was “under her control” and she could go in and out at will.

Strangely, she found grey dust on the edge of the garbage bag.

To clear her doubts, Yu Zhiyi took a look inside the garbage can and found a small cigarette butt. Seeing that, Yu Zhiyi paused her lips and cleaned up the trash.

Shi Yi went out in the morning and did not return until the afternoon. As soon as Yu Zhiyi heard the door open, she turned on her phone, glanced at the time, and realised Shi Yi had come home.

Shi Yi went directly to Yu Zhiyi’s room and knocked on the door, told her to do her own work, and then went to his room.

After a while, Yu Zhiyi stopped studying and went to find Shi Yi. He was in his bedroom working on some gadgets.

Seeing Shi Yi, Yu Zhiyi calmly rubbed her eyes and said, “I feel tired after reading for too long. Let’s rest for a while.”

Shi Yi said nothing, just focusing on his work. A moment later, seeing that Yu Zhiyi was still there, Shi Yi asked, “Yiyi, help me collect the transparent glue. It’s in the desk drawer.”

“Okay. “

She went to the desk and opened the drawer halfway. Shi Yisuddenly rushed in. “Wait a minute.” His voice was a bit impatient.

Yu Zhiyi turned around and looked at him suspiciously. “What’s wrong?”

Shi Yi took two steps forward, seeing that the drawer was still closed. He breathed a sigh of relief and said, “It’s okay; I don’t need it right now.”

“Alright.” Yu Zhiyi smiled and nodded, obediently leaving the room.

As soon as Yu Zhiyi walked out, Shi Yi quickly opened the drawer, took out the cigarette box and lighter, and put them in his school bag.

Yu Zhiyi returned to her room and closed her eyes. The scene that appeared in her mind was the scene she saw when she opened the drawer. Cigarette cases, lighters…

She knew some male students smoked, but Shi Yi never had these bad habits. ‘I don’t know when he learned this kind of thing; he deliberately kept it from everyone. No wonder he visits the internet cafe these days. It seems not only to play games but also…’

The next day, Sunday, Shi Yi was ready to go out, and Yu Zhiyi ran to the door to stop him. “Brother, are you playing alone again today?”

“What happened?”

“I can’t answer some questions; can you teach me?”

“Alright.” Without hesitation, he followed her request, took off his shoes, and led her to the room.

To occupy Shi Yi’s time, she deliberately looked for some difficult questions, but these questions were quickly resolved in Shi Yi’s hands.

Yu Zhiyi had to sigh at his intelligence. ‘My brother is too good; he can do so many things in an hour.’

Shi Yi took a red ink pen and circled the main formulas. “These questions usually do not appear on the exam. To get a high score, you do not need to practice these questions.”

“But in case there was a special situation and these types of questions were given, then?” She spoke very eloquently. “Learning more is always a good thing.”

“Okay, it’s good that you have this idea.”

“Then I’m going to bother my brother. Is my brother going out with friends today? Will it be missed if you stay?”

Shi Yi put down the pen in his hand and pretended to be comfortable joking with her. “You just thought of this question?”

“Ah, at that time, I was thinking about asking for help.” Even if it was intentional, she couldn’t admit it in front of Shi Yi.

Shi Yi shook his head, blurting out the words in his heart: “It doesn’t matter; Yiyi has never been my multiple-choice question.”

“I’ve written down all the formulas, but when I use them, my head can’t turn around. But I have a brother, and he will teach me.”

She put all her trust in him.

Looking at the girl with her head bowed, holding a pen, and studying diligently, the teenager’s thoughts calmed down a bit. He sent a message “later” secretly.

On the weekend, he agreed to go to an Internet cafe with his friends, but when Yu Zhiyi needed him, he would stay without hesitation.

Yu Zhiyi was never a multiple-choice question in Shi Yi’s mind, but the only answer.
