They got to the airport 30 minutes before their flight, showed their tickets and ID cards, dropped off their suitcases, and then stood in line to be checked.

When Jiang Mier faced the full-body scanner, she was very ticklish and couldn’t stop laughing.

Yu Zhiyi giggled when she was tickled, but she didn’t laugh as much and held back.

Travelling with a group of six people was not very easy. 

Shi Yi and Yu Zhiyi walked together, and others intentionally let them go ahead of them.

Jiang Mier had a happy smile on her face because she knew a secret. “They are really good.” 

Qiao Lezhi, who had been a friend of Shi Yi and Yu Zhiyi since they were children, said, “It’s just about supporting each other. Maybe one day, we’ll see something else.”

The last time they did something similar, on her birthday Shi Yi nearly kissed Yu Zhiyi.

Wen Tingyu was quietly watching and adjusting her glasses without speaking.

Li Shaozhou was a man who felt alone. He was having trouble finding something to talk about with someone, so he asked Jiang Mier, “Hey, did you play the game I sent you last time?”

Therefore, the team lined up two by two in three rows: Shi Yi and Yu Zhiyi, Qiao Lezhi and Wen Tingyu, and Li Shaozhou and Jiang Mier at the back.

While walking, Qiao Lezhi looked at the two people in front, then looked at the two people behind, and then asked Wen Tingyu, “Tingyu, should we go to the front?”

Wen Tingyu looked at Qiao Lezhi, puzzled.

Qiao Lezhi’s eyes indicated. “One pair in the front and one pair in the back. This doesn’t allow a single person to live!”

Wen Tingyu went at a steady pace, stayed in the middle, and said calmly, “Don’t be too sad.”

The plane took off, and Yu Zhiyi slowly entered sleep mode.

During the flight, a flight attendant once brought snacks and mineral water to the passengers. Shi Yi put the things aside and tried not to disturb the little girl sleeping next to him.

Although Shi Yi was very careful not to wake up the little girl, Yu Zhiyi was still awakened by the movements.

“Brother?”

“We have water and snacks. Do you want to eat something?”

She opened her eyes drowsily, glanced twice, and shook her head.

Shi Yi touched her hair and comforted her. “Then sleep a little longer.”

Qiao Lezhi, sitting next to her, looked like she was beyond love.

She actually wanted Wen Tingyu to sit there, but Li Shaozhou bribed her privately because, as long as she was there, Jiang Mier would talk to him, so she let Wen Tingyu sit there.

Wen Tingyu had a sluggish demeanour and lacked presence when she didn’t make a sound. Jiang Mier won’t talk to her, so Li Shaozhou has more opportunities to get along with the girl he likes.

Qiao Lezhi sighed silently in her heart. ‘After all, I was the one who shouldered everything.’

After everyone got off the plane, they rested in the hotel until the afternoon. They ordered takeout to fill their stomachs, and in the evening, they started to visit the night market together.

The ancient buildings in Xi’an had a unique flavour and unique scenery that attracted the eye. At night, the Bell and Drum Towers were lit up, and the orange-red scenery matched the scenery, which was indescribably spectacular.

“There are a lot of people here, so keep an eye out when walking and don’t get separated.”

To prevent the little girl from getting lost, Shi Yi naturally stretched out his hand to the side and said, “Hold me.”

As soon as he finished speaking, Yu Zhiyi obediently grabbed his hand, and the moment her soft little hand came closer, Shi Yi held her tightly and pulled her to his side.

The tacit understanding between the two made others envious.

Li Shaozhou secretly stretched out his hand to Jiang Mier and whispered, “How about I lend you my hand?”

Jiang Mier’s face became a little red. She patted her chest and said frankly, “Are you kidding me? How could I get lost? I can tell the difference between south, east, west, and north. I’m not a child. I will never get lost. Don’t worry!”

Li Shaozhou’s expression twitched.

Qiao Lezhi and Wen Tingyu both glanced at her. ‘This idiot!’

While wandering around, they encountered several unique store names, and the “Business Hours” on the glass doors were particularly eye-catching.

It was very interesting, and the six of them unanimously agreed to finish their meal there.

The taste of Shaanxi cuisine is different from their hometown. The beef tenderloin was salty in soy sauce, the potatoes were more like cooked potato chips, and the ribs were sweet and greasy. In short, there was no spicy taste at all.

Perhaps they were not used to the taste of the food; their impression of the meal was average, but this did not hinder their interest in shopping.

The vendors’ shops were filled with small items with ethnic characteristics, but these items were not unique to the local area, and they did not spend more money there.

 On the way, they passed a shop that sells Xun instruments that were crowded, stopped to watch the fun, and found that the boss was carving words on the Xun, which they found very interesting.

A xun is not expensive. When they were discussing whether to buy it, they heard Tingyu walk up directly and ask for one. “Boss, I want to engrave it.”

This means that she wanted to buy it herself.

Seeing that Yu Zhiyi was also looking at them with excitement, Shi Yi asked, “Do you like it?” 

It was only twenty or thirty yuan, so Yu Zhiyi nodded.

Jiang Mier and Qiao Lezhi simply saw their friends buying it and thought it was fun, so they followed suit and didn’t let them engrave it.

Li Shaozhou went around to the back and asked the boss for two engraving tools.
