Shi Yi’s military training started after National Day. 

However, after the third day, it started to rain heavily, so they didn’t have to participate in any physical activities. Instead, they watched military movies in the cafeteria.

Later, when Yu Zhiyi heard that from Shi Yi, she thought they were not as lucky as Shi Yi’s batch.

After ten days, Shi Yi and others returned to the university and got busy with their studies.

After finishing her classes, Yu Zhiyi would often run to the computer department.

There were more male students than female students in the Computer Science Department, so when they saw a girl standing outside the classroom, most of the students didn’t hesitate to peek at her.

“Your kid is here.” Seeing Yu Zhiyi, He Weiran tapped on Shi Yi’s desk and said.

Shi Yi looked up and saw that the little girl was standing near the back door of the classroom.

He made a quiet signal to her.

Two minutes after that, the class was dismissed. 

As soon as the teacher left the classroom, someone shouted with a teasing tone, “Brother Yi, your girlfriend is looking for you.”

Hearing that, Yu Zhiyi became very shy, and she even wanted to leave. Anyway, this had happened before, so she waited for Shi Yi with a blushing face.

Shi Yi didn’t stop others because he wanted everyone to know about their relationship.

“Let’s go, my little girlfriend,” Shi Yi left the class, held Yu Zhiyi’s hand, and muttered.

“Brother, how can you let them talk like that?” Yu Zhiyi, our shy girl, asked with a pout.

“Why? Are they not telling the truth?”

“It’s true, but… there are a lot of people there,” Yu Zhiyi replied with a red face.

Shi Yi held Yu Zhiyi’s hand tightly and said, “That’s not a lot.”

Actually, Shi Yi wanted everyone at the university to know that they couldn’t have any unnecessary thoughts about his girl. He knew that some boys were trying to add her on WeChat.

Recently, Shi Yi was working on a project with a few people in the department. 

Yu Zhiyi didn’t fully understand the professional topic he was discussing, but she was very patient. When Shi Yi was busy, she would patiently wait beside him.

Right now, a boy in a brown sweatshirt came in. He brought a chair and sat down.

This boy’s face was well-proportioned, and Yu Zhiyi was drawn to the tiny silver stud earring in his left ear. 

The boy was holding the phone in one hand, checking something, and as he felt that Yu Zhiyi was looking at him, he suddenly shifted his gaze towards the girl.

Yu Zhiyi felt that the boy looked familiar, but she couldn’t remember where she had seen him before.

The boy looked handsome, but to Yu Zhiyi, except Shi Yi, everyone looked the same.

Meeting the boy’s eyes, Yu Zhiyi looked away and focused on her boyfriend.

Afterwards, another student arrived. He smiled and said while pointing at the neck of the boy with an ear stud, “Brother Jiang, there’s something on your neck.”

The boy lifted his hand and touched the red mark on his neck, indicating he definitely knew about this. Then he tried to cover it with the shirt collar but couldn’t do it. “The kitten at home is too attached to me; I can’t do anything about it.”

Shi Yi overheard the two talking, so he turned around and called out. “Jiang Chizhou.”

When Yu Zhiyi heard the boy’s name, she gasped with surprise. ‘Oh, then he is Jiang Chizhou. I now understand why he seems familiar. Doesn’t Yan Xi always talk about her bamboo horse, Jiang Chizhou?

Shi Yi and Jiang Chizhou talked about their project, and Yu Zhiyi couldn’t understand a single word. But she came to one conclusion after another classmate praised Jiang Chizhou. ‘Jiang Chizhou was really good at solving problems and fixing the issue in just a few minutes.’

On the way to the cafeteria, Yu Zhiyi asked, “Is that senior Jiang Chizhou?”

“Hmm.”

Yu Zhiyi heard from Yan Xi that Jiang Chizhou had won many awards for the school. “He is really great,” she just said.

Shi Yi squinted his eyes a little and said, “We are all great. Our Yiyi began liking other boys as soon as they got there.”

Upon hearing what Shi Yi said, our poor girl automatically put her hand over her mouth and shook her head at him.

Jiang Chizhou was at the university for three years and was very talented. Everyone who talked about him said he was good, so that was why she said that. Anyway, she didn’t know Jiang Chizhou at all.

“You are so great that you dare to lie right in front of me.”

“Who taught you to be so nice?”

She put her hand on her chest and gave him a sincere wink. “Here, my words are coming from here.”

“Okay, I’ll give you a chance to make up for your mistake.”

“Okay.” She accidentally said something wrong and had to accept the punishment.

“Did you notice Jiang Chizhou’s neck just now?”

“Didn’t his cat scratch it?”

“Can you believe what he said about a cat’s scratching?”

Yu Zhiyi said, “No.”

She wrote romance stories too. So even if she hadn’t experienced that before, she could understand. ‘Yan Xi has done that.’

 “It seems that Yiyi is no longer an idiot.”

“I…just…his excuse is too shoddy.”

Shi Yi bent down to match her height and raised the corners of his eyes slightly with a smile on his lips.
