Ruan Longling didn’t feel good because he didn’t give her the response she wanted. So she became even more hesitant. “Listen.” She stopped in front of him, looked at him with intense seriousness, and said, “Hey, I heard a fight far away, so I ran over here. I didn’t even fix my hair before I came because I was worried that the older person would scold you.”She pouted a bit before saying, “I care about you a lot. Why can’t you even say thank you? You really don’t appreciate my kindness. You have no conscience at all.”

Her face showed she was angry, but she was also trying to be cute.

Li Zhulin gazed at her closely, as if he wanted to see her very clearly. “Why do you go through so much trouble just to show me your brother’s articles?”
