Before parting, Lu Yuling quietly grabbed Li Xining’s sleeve.

Xu Dongruo was standing next to Li Xining and saw Lu Yuling’s little movements. She was not a fool, but she acted like a light bulb and continued walking forward with her friend as if she hadn’t seen anything.

Lu Yuling didn’t want to let the girl go easily. He walked in front of Li Xining and blocked her way before grabbing her hand.

“What are you doing!” She threw his hand away angrily.

With a half-pleased, half-coax response, Lu Yuling said, “Don’t be angry; I apologise to you and sincerely admit my mistake.”

“You are just a loudspeaker!” Li Xining screamed, glaring at him, refusing to believe it.

It felt as though they were engaged in a public argument.

She continued to gripe about him. the public disclosure of the two parties’ agreement.

Lu Yuling was aware of Li Xining’s anger, of course, but he wasn’t attempting to brag, and he wasn’t a person without values and goals. Ultimately, he was honest with her. “Everyone now knows that if I get into the top 100 of our grade, you will become my girlfriend. You have no chance to regret it. If you regret it, you will be a scumbag.”

He was afraid that she would lie to him, so he told everyone this and asked everyone to be his witnesses.

“Don’t worry, I will definitely let you experience puppy love before graduating from high school,” said Lu Yuling, who was sure about winning.

Li Xining couldn’t stand the boy’s arrogance. “How ambitious! You should first get into the top 200 of our grade; otherwise, you will not even be my friend unless you find the rabbit!”

Lu Yuling sighed. ‘Why is it a rabbit again? Is the rabbit as important as me?’

“By the way, what did the senior teacher ask you at the door of the teaching area just now?” Li Xining asked him inquisitively.

“Ask me why I took people there,” Lu Yuling replied.

‘The teacher seemed angry with Lu Yuling; how did he reply to the teacher? But if he answered politely, the teacher would definitely not be angry, right?’ So she asked again, “How did you answer?”

Lu Yuling did not lie to her and told the truth, “Said I’m going to save my wife.”

Li Xining blushed instantly, feeling embarrassed and angry, and pinched Lu Yuling’s arm hard.

“Hey! It hurts!” Lu Yuling asked confidently, covering his arm swiftly. “I am being honest. Look, you will be my girlfriend if I pass the test and place in the top 100 of the grade. I’m willing to study hard for you. So you have to be happy. Oh, and you are also my future wife.”

“I’m serious.” Lu Yuling’s expression became serious. “You are going to be my wife. This has been arranged for a long time.”

Li Xining: “Who did you arrange it with? My father or my mother?”

Your grades must be in the top 40 at Xifu No. 1 Middle School if you wish to be admitted to Xifu University with a good chance of success.

With Lu Yuling’s current grades, being able to get into the top 100 in his grade before the college entrance examination was already a huge counterattack. It was simply impossible to expect him to get into the top 40 in his grade.

Li Xining said this not because she wanted to attack him, but because she didn’t want him to talk nonsense anymore.
